Special Events

Evolve has an eclectic event history, from intimate bespoke events to major community festivals.

Working either independently, for a client or in partnership with other organisations, Evolve creates unique experiences fuelled by imagination.

Here is a small cross-section of our current and previous happenings...

Secrets and Lies

A series of compelling local storytellers opened their hearts and told tales from their lives, while you tried to spot the fiction, hidden among the true tales.

Strictly Hypothetical

Inspired by Geoffrey Robertson, Strictly Hypothetical uses
fictional scenarios to explore real world issues.

If you are looking for a compelling way to truly engage stakeholders at your next forum, conference, fundraiser or corporate social event, explore the "thinking person's entertainment" which is taking Perth by storm!

Featuring a live, unrehearsed panel and hosted by a professional actor, Strictly Hypothetical offers an exciting alternative to a traditional discussion forum or speaker program.

Run as a partnership between Evolve's Katrina Bercov and actor Elisa Williams, Strictly Hypothetical specialises in a truly different night out for both public and private events.

Since our launch in 2011, Strictly Hypothetical has run events for a wide range of clients, featuring diverse topics.

Upcycle Exhibition
and Sustainability Fair

Beyond recycling, Upcycling takes discarded resources and reincarnates them as tomorrow's treasures.

Unprecedented in Perth, this free event combined an extensive exhibition of "repurposed" works by over 80 local artists, with a diverse array of activities, entertainment, stalls, eco-education, permaculture tours, alternative technology displays and more...

The Perth Upcycle Exhibition was presented in Subiaco, as part of Fringe World in the interests of encouraging creative repurposing and sustainable events.
